Lolli was wonderful. Really appreciate all the time and effort she spent finding me a home. I always felt like she had my best interests at heart, and never felt pressured to put in offers I wasn't comfortable with. The other way around in fact. Among many great qualities, what impressed me the most was how friendly and attentive she was. She frequently checked in on me, clearly laid out each step and expectations along the way, carefully explained various terms and processes (especially around escrow) that confused me, and gave solid advice (like what would make an offer attractive to a seller).
On a personal level this meant a lot to me, and helped keep down my stress levels.
She is very knowledgeable in her field, great at things like comparing a listing price against how the house shows, and explains things in a way that is easy to digest.
